    I have been eating 6-11 egg whites but im just so sick of them now….

    Tell me about it. I can't even stand having egg whites for breakfast. I have to stick with turkey.

    I never put fruit in my oatmeal because of sugar, but it seems like alot of you guys do. I would love to put some blueberries in.

    Fructose only replenishes liver glycogen so after 8-9 hours sleep you are reasonably depleted.

    So I take this chance to indulge.

    This and then PWO are the only time I have fruit..
