What do you eat for Breakfast???
What do you guys eat for breakfast on a daily basis?
My breakfast consist of:
6 egg whites
11/4 Banana
1 Orange
1cup Grapes
Protein Powder 1 scoop
8 oz 1%Milk
Sometimes i have 3/4 cup Oatmeal instead of the fruit.

every morning is the same for me...
10 egg whites (kind from the carton where its 5 grams of protein per egg white)
1 1/4 cup of oatmeal
2 tablespoons of splenda brown sugar

Here's my current breakfast since I live out of a hotel.
1 N-Large Shake w/ water.
2 packs of quaker oats w/splenda
1 piece of fruit - banana, orange or apple
2 pints of fat free skim milk

at the cafeteria, i eat 5-6 boiled egg whites, with 2 peices of toasted whole wheat bread, and some cottage cheese

a large bowl of Lucky Charms w/ Half and Half instead of milk. I am cutting so I try to keep it simple and light.

1/2 cup (measured dry) oats cooked
2 scoops Muscle Milk Banana Creme Powder mixed in
3/4 cup blueberries or 1 banana mixed in
OR if I am in a rush.
1/2 cup (measured dry) oats uncooked
2 scoops Chocolate protein Powder mixed
1 cup skim milk
3 ice cubes
3/4 cup blueberries or 1 banana
Blend into a shake, chug.

Coffee

4 packs of instant grits with splenda 80carbs
good high carb morning meal
grits also taste so much better than oats , specially with spelnda also dont get any fats or sugars from it.

I have been eating 6-11 egg whites but im just so sick of them now….

coffee
20-30 blueberries, blackberries in my oats......damn good
