how often does everyone stretch??
I just turned 19 in jan..I swear though i can't run three minutes without my body burning from tightness...I have to stretch like a mofo,its annoying because im only 19...I have put on a lot of muscle the past year and heard the more muscle you have thetighter your muscles become if you dont stretch them...Is this normal for anyone else here??

I perfer to stretch Only one 5 minute stretch Every other week.

Before and after training, pull ups and dips before evry workout, gets the blood flowing.

Seriously bro, you should stretch EVERY DAMN DAY!!! It helps prevent injury for lifting heavy weights. But from what im getting, your kinda new to the weight world??????????? So make sure your stretch before, in between, and after workouts. Youll thank me in the long run.

definitely every day ..... got into that habit back when i used to play ball .... helps a bunch .... stretching ED is a must in my book
