Great Colon Cleanse
I bought a colon cleanse product with a perfect balance of soluble and insoluble fiber and took it for the last two days. Anyway, this morning I woke up and dropped a 12 foot log into the toilet that was as thick as my forearm!!!! It jammed up the toilet and I had to snake it, but I realized just how much undigested fecal matter was inside of me. I honestly lost a good 2 inches off of my waist after this and the distended abdomen I had is completely gone and replaced by just my ripped abs. I already had ripped abdominal muscles but they seemed to stick out. Now I realize that it was the backed up fecal matter that was screwing me up. When John Wayne died, his autopsy revealed 72.5 lbs of fecal matter in his bowels. This is a serious problem and anyone that wants a super tight abdominal wall must be sure that they are completely cleaned out. The Modern American diet tends to clog the abdominal wall and give a bloated look. Clean the undigested gunk out of your system or you will never have that slim, tight abdominal wall. Just my advice from my own experience. Take it or leave it.

I think you need to see a gastroenterologist not a "colon cleanse product". Your body has a resilient and natural method of ridding bacteria and remanants from you intestines.

Eat more brocolli and coliflour. I had the shits recently, preceded by violent vomiting. I think I'm good, thank you. I saw Johnny Noxville get a colonic once. That was gross to watch, but it was hella funny watching him kick with shits afterward.

I tried the stuff and bronzed my log...hung it on the mantle. Great conversation piece for any home.

Darling, the job is only half finished. Now you need to have your colon walls polished. A good reaming will ensure that all that nasty stuff won't stick to the walls again, at least for a little while.
