    I think you're reading too much into that song....trying to find meaning in that song is like saying Tiny Tim was talking about trials and tribulations of his life in "Tiptoe through the Tulips"

    She is a sellout, plain and simple. She did not need No Doubt anymore because alternative/grunge is dead...she is just jumping on the club beat bandwagon trying to rake in as much cash as she can to keep buying 2 inch miniskirts to show off her nasty legs...
