The song in itself is centered around female bullying, unlike male bullying, female bullying is often based around social undermining. Its an intresting note that girls often dress up (make up and such) not to attract boys, but not to be made fun of by their peers.

I think you're reading too much into that song....trying to find meaning in that song is like saying Tiny Tim was talking about trials and tribulations of his life in "Tiptoe through the Tulips"
