also is de****g invasion of privacy, is tape recording a criminal law, and can you be sued for it?

Felony Murder Rule : The felony murder rule is a legal doctrine according to which anyone who commits, or is found to be involved in, a serious crime (a felony), during which any person dies, is guilty of murder. This applies even if one does not personally or directly cause the person's death. The rule was abolishied in the United Kingdom in 1957, but remains law in most of the United States and in some other jurisdictions
Invlontary Manslaughter could be either a a misdemeanor or a felony depending on the situation.
And i think making a tape recording is legal only if one of the parties knows about it...
I have no clue as to what capital of defense is....

mail box rule - in contract law, making a written offer or acceptance of offer valid if sent in the mail, with postage, within the time in which the offer must be accepted, unless the offer requires acceptance by personal delivery on or before the specified date. The rule may also apply to mailing payments of insurance premiums when due. However, relying on this so-called "rule" can be dangerous, since the party awaiting the acceptance or payment may cancel the offer if there is no response in hand when the time runs out.
Im taking contract law right now...
