    your right, the others I mentioned is far worse if you look up symetri in a dictionary you find a pic of Graneheim.

    Critique. He has a thick square waist. Bigger lats would help, needs more size on his arms, specially forearms. I can't see his triceps well but they look like they need mass to. Legs look very long and they need more mass over all, specially calves. I could see him competing at national level in the US. Not as a Pro.

    Alot of guys are bigger than him, but when it comes to symmetri Anders is one of the best I`ve seen.

    I think Dave Henry is around 5'8". I see a big difference between now and when he competed nationally. A lot more mass.

    well hes acctualy retired now and was a pro. He competed in masters mr o in 2002 or 2003 cant remember. The year youngblood won.

    Yup, its always impressive to see old men in awesome shape... we have a 63 year old at our gym, doesnt look a day over 44-45. Been bodybuilding 45 years, still in awesome shape.

    IMO - you work on your body - your a bodybuilder... regardless of age or degree of conditioning... if you are actively working on building your body - you are a bodybuilder.
