    Those are Muslim Shaia's (mainly from Iran or Iraq) but not sure why they do that exactly. If you post a question in the P/R/W forum, may be C' and other Muslim members can explain it to you. These are more pics of their party.

    looks like a good time

    i actually went to like a 'show' or concert but it wasnt a concert it well ya get the idea this band that played was kind've like that it was interesting to watch ONCE and then i left lol
