You can bring your license to the court and prove you have one and it can be waived.

You'll get about $40 ticket plus you'll have to pay additional $10 or $15 court fees.

postpone your date as much as you can and plead not guilty

many times that not, cops dont want to fuss with having to testify and shit and will either let it drop or the prosecutor will offer a defferement

    no harm in trying

Of course, it is recorded by the radar in the police car. Don't deny it, you will get in trouble.

52 in a 35 is gonna get you more than $40 ticket. look to pay in the low 100 range

it depends. sometimes they write tickets, that they know have no legal binding in court.

ex, most local cops are not certified to pace you and write a ticket, that is follow behind you and look and calculate your speed based off their own. however many will still pull you over. (side note, that is why when asked how fast you are going, you always say you dont know...as admission will legally **** you for the ticket). on the other hand, most state troopers are certified and it will hold up in court.

there are many technicallities. usually,if you plead not guilty, the cop will drop it because he knows the judge will be forced to throw it out...or because he doesnt want to mess with testifying.

now if it was a by the book bust, ya its the radar vs you...the radar will win.

many of my friends that are cops do this alot though, write tickets that technically wouldnt hold. the problem is most people just plead guilty and so they just do it.

i would plead not guilty. if it comes down to it at the final moment, the cop is actualy in court and you are ready to give your story, you can always say nevermind and plead guilty.

its worth a try and you dont have anything to lose.

Hire an aturnney. They can split the ticket for you. He'll fight the speeding ticket, and get it dropped or just changed to defensive driving and kept off your record. The one for license you can just show up to court and show it to the judge. I done that before. I paid $60 for the lawyer and nothing for the court.

I see the ticket being over 200 dollars. Mine was a 56 in a 35 and it was $270.
If you have a day to burn, take it to court and ask the judge to lower the fine. Just bring respect to the court room and they almost always lower fines.
