that false, apples carry alot of calories dont they? not ALOT but, more than the energy it uses to eat it..

Celery and Grapefruit have cellulose which cant be digested. Therefore your body keeps using calories to break it down but it cant and comes out the same way as it went in. Same goes for The casing on corn (I"m sure you knew that one). So by the time it goes through your body you would have used more calories in attempt to break it down then the actual Fruit/vegatable contained.

Notice how I didnt mention Apple, I wasnt aware apples had cellulose, I'm assuming the peel
