back to splits
I been doing full bodies for about 2 months and i just changed back to splits. Man, the feeling that i get from grilling a muscle over and over again is unbelievable. I didnt feel anywhere near this kind of muscle fatigue when doing full bodies. I did shoulders only today and i can hardly lift my arms.

u never used to split? ouch. u must of been tired as hell everyday
