just be casual mate, no fancy crap. hello, how long you been training here? just say hi im (insert your name), or just chat to her about training, such as the exercise she is doing. if she is doing a free weight movement or situp variant or something, just point out that looks like a great execrise, whats it working etc, even if you blatantly know what she is doing, and youve done it a thousand times before. things should get flowing from there, shel be sitting on your face in no time lol
