    Craving's

    I'm in my third week of dieting, and still not many cravings....which is a good thing.
    I usually have one just after lunch...and, sometimes if I'm just sitting at home bored.
    When I do get cravings....I usually pop some sugar free gum in my mouth..or my drink of choice when dieting...Diet Pepsi, Diet Dr.Pepper...or a local drink..Diet Green Apple.
    Sometimes I'll have some calorie free Marshmallow dip from a supplement store....(which by the way, has nicely sponsored me for my show)!! ~~Maximum Health and Nutrition~~


    So, I'm just wondering what everyone else does to keep the cravings away. What do you choose?
    Perhaps I can get some new ideas.

    Tea helps me, but today I couldnt fight it...................I had two Reese's peanut butter cups with carmel, Ill just cut my carbs alittle more for a few days.

    I love Blue Diamond Almonds. They satisfy my cravings..

    I also like Crystal Lite On the Go Packets.

    Iced Tea. mmmmmmmm

    Fat free yogurt is good 2.

    yea, like most ppl say.. gum, diet pop, crystal light (my fav.!!), sugar free jello is a treat... plus put cinamon, or twin sugar for the sweet tooth's out there...

    Almonds would be nice...yet; my competition diet wont allow any nuts..not even natual P.B......nor sugar free jello (carbs!)! And, even my carbs are getting cut back on a weekly bases.

    Yet...if I do well...my trainer might throw in a cheat meal for me!!!

    diet pop?? really??? eek. but judging by your avatar, obviously you have been around the block.

    i pop sugar free gum like people smoke cigarettes. when ever i get cravings, i usually eat almonds or nuts
