Lack of Sleep Is Killing My Muscle...
I freakin hate this sh!t I haven't been able to sleep more than 2-3 hours every day for the past week and I feel myself shrinking! Could this be all in my head and damn what's something natural I can take to goto sleep?

bro. i know exactly what u mean...lack of sleep makes everything overall shit..get some melatonin..and make sure u have atleast 8 hours of sleep..that shit will make u have the deepest sleep...

yea its all school man and my schedule. i gotta goto school, work, workout, cook all my meals, im constantly packed.

i have an online course..very hard to focus on it haha..but its spring break for me right now but im moving a room mate in so i been doin that and try to lift and work and sleep
