LOL..O man..this is a classic is not so funny what he video shows the funny part is for a whole HOUR the machine kept alerting the guy to stay at 30rpm..another classic..and the return of the LAT PULLDOWN guy lol...is a quick view..but very memorable lol..

you guys gotta remember, not everyone in the gym has the same mentality in the gym as us. It's not about busting your ass to grow and etc, to them its about spending time, to some it may be "relaxing" maybe their long time friends go there, and its the only time of day the guy has to sit down and read the paper.

LOL I dont know when i started i was fat that was at 16 I did mostly cardio little weight training at 17 I learned alot more about excersising and I got serious into to so from there on I never stopped..many people say is my genetics that play a big role because my friend who started with me is not as big as me..and I got 2 more videos to post!!
