    I treat my sprints much like a weights W/O...I eat 1.5 - 2 hrs pro/fat meal before... right now Im only carb loading on Tues/Thurs...Those are the days I also take rests from sprints...

    Interesting. I've always been under the impression that sprinting was almost like working out your legs and that it sets you back with your legs recovering..
