    Well its an interest only loan. I'm actually going to refinance since my house appreciated at 950k, So I will combine both my loans into one. This will lower my payment for sure.

    $2400/month plus $1100 month property tax's...for a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath 4000sq ft. home on 1.7 acres... so whats that...$3600/month
