i did them for the first time on friday and wow what a workout. i did them after regular squats and leg press so i was pretty burnt but i got 3plate sfor 6 so i was pretty happy but it was such a different felling in my quads,.

thats cool. i try to do exercises one side at a time to minimize uneven develpoment. when i go heavy on exercises that use both sides at the same time, i feel like im using one side more than another

i like to lift light in the spring/summer, and i cant do as much for front squats so i just do fronts and still makes me feel like im working my legs, when i go light on normal squats, i never feel em
