    i'm really stable with that exercise......i don't bobble at all.......i would die if i hurt my shoulder again......i fell on it last year and couldn't lift shoulders for liek a month, but it seems to have worked itself out

    Ya wh you **** up a should it sucks. When i messed up my cuff i could not work it for 2 month. Then it took me 2 more month befor i could go heavy.

    i did my chest WO today and by the time I was half way through I had really sore shoulder joints. They were almost painful but, ****, now they kinda hurt. Its weird, I can do incline heavy no prob but, flat heavy hurts?? You would think it would be vice versa. Now Im takin tylenol cause I dont have any ibuprofen on me.
