    do lots of variatons of concentration curls, and also make a point of focusing on reverse curls. get lots of rest too... thats important

    it depends on what your routine is. for me, i totally tear the sh_t out of my tris on arms days, plus i hit shoulders the day before arms so imo for me and my routine they might restrict tricep growth.

    hmm i do tris and shoulders together
    overhead presses
    weighted dips
    lateral raises
    close grip bench
    occasionally i ll do over tricep extensions.. but i feel that too much in my elbow so i try to avoid doing them
