to katelette and fuelforfire: relationship pain is the worst pain for sure, and unfortunately alot of the time there is nothing that you can do or have said to you that helps. just takes time. im sure you already know this, but just pointing out that really, in my opinion, no advice is necessary, only to try and be as mature as possible in your ways of dealing with it

ahhh, just to put this out there, all i ate today is 3 eggs on toast, weigt gainer shake, mcflurry, turkey sandwhich, .5lb burger, buffalo wings...i suck....studyin and whoring doest work to good either...

todays been my day off disciplined eating habits. i have only eaten 3 times today. had a nice roast dinner with all the vegetables, potatoes, and beef/chicken, then had abit of chicken in a wrap, washed down with a cheeky bag of cookies, and then went out to pizza hut haha, and also ate more chicken! CLUCK!

damn i cant wait to start my next cycle. going for a higher dosage than usual, am hoping this will have a bigger effect on the scales. diet is sound, training is great, rest is vast in amount LOL, altho i will be upping the cals to about 5,000 for the 12 weeks, which will start in a month or so

thats a damn nice cycle. going back to basics, as the best results ive had so far was my first course of deca and dianabol (lol dont start, i hadnt discovered this place then), so i thought id use those two compounds again. this here is my cycle:
wk 1-10 400-600mg deca EW
wk 1-12 1000mg test enantate EW
wk 1-6 50mg Dbol ED
not ran that much test before, and ive never ran more than two compounds together either. then, the course after that, which will be at the end of this year:
wk 1-6 1400mg test prop ED
wk 1-6 525mg tren acetate EW
and might run an oral aswell, either dianabol, or winny. more likely winny, as it would be a nice course in all with very low water gains, so why throw dbol in there

i might drop the prop down to 700mg EW, or 1,500 mg EW, depending on what sides/gains i get from running the test enatate at 1000mg

ive never really experienced acne, apart from very mild spots post-cycle. so im hoping i wont break out on this next course and ruin my almost perfect complexion hahaha. this next course is almost a feeler run before the prop/tren course, as far as the high test dosage goes
