il say this though, im glad i didn't try to become a mod. i knew that if i did that, then ar would become kind of a chore rather than what it is now, which is great, id never want to fu_k that up

i totally agree. i wasnt personally friends with the mods who got demoted but they all had more knowledge than i did and i took what I could from them. and for them to get treated as they did was just disrespectful.
