    I finally got back into the gym and trained last night....chest...it was good noyt much pain and hnot sore this morning so i am going to do back tonight, after i do my shot:loL:

    Yeah Roid...back at it last night and it felt good..only got 275 up on the bench for 7 reps, but it felt good, weak in the triceps, but chest felt good and no pain in the elbows...gonna try back tonight, and i started my cycle to so the deca , prop, cyp, GH, IGF, should help

    I would take the occasional hurricane over 9 months of snow, 1 month of summer, and 2 months of rain...Canada sucks for wheather....oh well i could be in the middle eats...well i am out whores, MSN sell that insurance, and everyone else i'll think of ya when iam tanning sipping on acold one...

    I think I would too. I live in Northern MI...and where Im at we get tons of lake effect snow.
