If you need any ideas, just let me know. My brother lifts at home and I helped him with his routines quite often. You really need to get creative, when you train at home.

Are you doing them with your torso close to parallel with the ground?

I have a 9mm Ruger. I live in the city so I nice for carrying concealed, if I need to. I'm a country boy at heart though. I have a 30-30 Winchester rifle with a scope. Great for when I deer hunted but don't have much use for it know. I was thinking about buying a shotgun, for protecting my family. I was thinking a shotgun with buckshot would be good because you don't need to be precise with your shot. Do you think the shotgun would be a worthwhile investment? Or would just stick with the 9mm and save my money for a future cycle?

Those are hard as hell. Your lower back has to be strong.

Legs are where you need to get creative, at times. Natural glute-ham raises are great substitution for leg curls.

its a tough call bro. i mean, with a shotgun, its hard to miss but its almost guranteed death if you blast someone with it at close range. but you can buy quality shotguns from mossberg for 250 after tax. haha, plus for added intimidation factor, you could duct tape a large knife on the end of the barrel. haha i bet that would scare the sh_t out of someone if they had that pointed at them.

a 9mm pistol has advantages and disadvantages too. i mean, its easy to move around in close quarters, plus you can carry a maglite in the other hand. crack the fool over the head while you blast him. but then again, if the guy is all strung out on drugs, a 9 may or may not stop him

What is the purpose of sawing off the barrel of a shotgun (to make easier to conceal or to cause the buckshot to spread out over a greater distance)?

i think the best thing to do would be buy a mossberg 500 series pump shotgun, and a sh_t load of raw powder gear.

big 5 carries a combo shotgun which has an 18 inch barrel and a 28 inch barrel, or you could buy the security version of it, which has a 20 inch barrel, and a 7 round magazine.

great knockdown power (especially with very large size buckshot) for a cheap price

actually, its both. a shorter barrel makes it easier to conceal, plus the buckshot will spread out much more.

shotguns are fun as hell to shoot too
