    I"ll pass on McDonalds though, ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I could never eat that crap. We have a duchess in CT and I always eat there. About 1000 calories for 2 double cheeseburgers and a strawberry shake. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh much needed cals

    Kills me how some never train legs. Thinking they can do 3 sets of squats and an extension once every 2 weeks will cut. 605 of our muscle mass is located from the waist down. Have to train it!!!

    i always train legs on a monday,i make sure the 1st workout of the week is legs!!its a must.

    Do it!!! Pizza is the best. Such a horrible combo of fats and carbs but it is the winter, at least where I live.

    That's a tough call. I actually am now at a low dose of 12.5mcg. I dont want to run anymore b/c I'm really trying hard to bulk. Dont want to furthermore increase my metabolism

    Now last summer I was the most ripped ever. I was runnnig GH alongside 25mcg of T3 and some Clen , Plus my AAS. Cant wait till this summer!!!!!

    Well Booz. The only time I cycled it was the summer before last. I ran 25mcg ED for 30 days. Took a month off then ran another 25mcg for 30 days. Basically held me over for the 3 months of the summer. Just a little extra to help with some fat.
