Actually gettin off the clen . Im clamping down even hard than I have on diet, leaving absolutely no room for error. I am considering cardio 2 times a day on off days (Wed, Sat, Sun). I might just do it twice a day one of those days, haven't decided yet.

Sounds good to me. Couple weeks of that, and I should be good. You think cutting down the intensity to 65% on double cardio days would be good? I brought it down tot 70% on training days.

What type of cardio do you usually do Nark? I use to love using the Stairmaster, but it kills my legs now, so i don't use it anymore I just do fairly quick, inclined walking on a treadmill.

i love elliptical..now i do 20mins of bike followed by 25mins elliptical..sometimes incline treadmil
