    Yeah, thats what Im doing these days. Work, working out, kids, eating...Did I mention I was eating.. Oh yeah and Im on tren so im also sweating like a whore in church.

    not bad mate just gettin back into the gym had a week and a half off trying to bulk up as much as i can natural then start cutting with a cycle in april

    new year new goal's i might enter a comp by the end of the year

    I put on about 7-8 lbs. of LBM a year and that's good for me. Too much at any given time can't be good. mine comes very consistently but takes a whole lot of work. I know I dont have to tell any of you that...........
