god I hate this school and town. People here think kids dont know shit about pricing of things. Eggs here were a dollar a dozen last week now theyre at 130. Cmon a dollar is pushing it but 130. I know they do this b/c 90% of the kids here are rich kids who spend money without realizing it. Sucks being 6 semesters in debt from loans and trying to bodybuild at the same time

yea being sick sucks, I have actually been taking almost 5gs of vit c for the past few trying not to get sick.

this weather is wicked its warm one day the snowing the next. hard for anyone not to.

I hear that it was like 55 here then the next day 23 or something like that rough on the body, Ive been megadoseing with about 8grams of vit c I seem to be all better except a few sides like sore throat stuffy nose

I read the the vitamin c thread in the supplement forums johan suggested taking 8grams or so he takes like 15 I have to say I have been using 5g a while back and felt super. Now I'm upping it up I think it will be even better

I posted on there that my grandma takes 10,000 per day and hasnt been sick in 30 years. It also doesnt hurt that she has great genes and lives alone but I really have never seen her sick. She mixes vit c crystals into drinks. Its like 5grams per teaspoon. Shes 93.

I hear ya monday I was beyond sick I coulnt keep soild food down to well so I took the day off from the gym. Yesterday I was feeling a little better so I ate soilid food but my diet wasnt on track but the gym was so packed that the estimated wait was 90 mins to get in!!!!! So 2 days off from the gym I'm lost

It does feel strange to go more than a day without the workout. I went on vacation a couple years ago and actually used some shitty old machines at the hotel a couple times while we were there.

Im still sick as hell but Im going to hit the weights tonight. Might not be the best idea but Im mid cycle.

yea I'm gonna try to get in today and tommorow and do a 2 day body split. Hows the cycle going
