It just depends on what kind of mood I'm in. When I'm pissed I love metal, Rammstein, Korn, old Disturbed (haven't liked thier new album). When I'm in a good mood I love to listen to rap. It's gotta be fast and I have to know the words regardless of the type of music.

Anything that will get me hyped up rap or rock. Just anything but country. As far as artists i like that linkin park/jay-z album, creed, crime mob, david banner, nickleback, and whatever else will fit in my ipod. lol.

i actually like doing cardio to slower stuff...helps me bring down my heart rate...

but when it comes to lifting weights / sparring i like anything hard by 90's standards... pantera...sepultura. I don't find any of this new sh*t hard.
