Yup what he said. I love metallica, system of a down, megadeth, iron maiden, pantera, papa roach was playin today it did the trick.

I was happy with the music today, then some dick nugget switched it to some slow wussy music, pissed me off.

"In Flames" pumps the shit out of me especially their new album "Come Clarity". I also like "Chimaira" which is extremely heavy and "Soilwork"....just to name a few.

haha rap is all..."man dawg, I wanna shoot hos and **** bitches and loot places nigga!"....

When working out, I like to hear that those nice heavy power chords that gets you pumped to workout

rap, just gets you pumped to go **** a bitch, maybe slap her, then go rob a nice car.

The question was...what motivates you to WORKOUT...lol not what motivates you to committ a crime...

oh yeah, I hope no1 takes offense to this...

pmplol (p*ssing my pants laughing out loud)

i agree that i need something heavy to get me pumped. i'll listen to almost all kinds of music (except rap, gospel, and country), but when i work out, the guy singing has to sound like his throats bleeding as he's singing and he's loving every second of it.

some of the stuff i'll listen to (when i actually remember to bring my cd player) is: children of bodom, coal chamber, dope, drowning pool, godsmack, mudvayne, pantera, slipknot, static x, frontline assembly, prodigy, velvet acid christ, and so on.

the Rolling stones, but you knew I was gonna say that. Jack White is pretty pumpin and pretty big for a singer. Big arms = Big Guitar sound.

all three albums.... bittorrent is the shit. google it if you haven't looked into it. downloaded about 15 gigs of music in the last 2 months.... all whole albums too, nothing like limewire where you can only get a song at a time.

but avenged... I looked at my mp3 while lifting today when I heard a good one: bat country is bad ass, the beast and the harlot is real good.... but I like most all of em, especially while lifting.
