today i had a bunch of chix roasted in the oven with orange and lemon juice (spiced with some black pepper and roasted white onions) served with homemade tomatillo sauce and a strawberry lassi sweetened with splenda. i gotta keep lo-GI for awhile as my lunch for about the past 2.5 weeks has been taco bell.
