How old is he if he has 4-5 kids benching 300. What is he 50? And what did he do, make all of his kids weight train?

i wasn't quite sure what he meant by that, like if he's a coach or just a parent or a trainer or what. kind of a dickhead move to dimish someone accomplishments like that though.

    Its not hate.......its realism......they weigh from 190 to 210.......but
they also squat 450+.......so the overall neuro stimulus is high.......we also
do 250+ for pwer cleans.........300 bench is good........but not spectacular......our HS record is 380 and the guy weighed 210
the squat record is 590x4 at 190lb body weight

it has been a gradual process. I have been throwing in powerlifting into my routines for years and gradualy I did more and more powerlifting and less and less bodybuilding. I just se better results both growth and strenght wise when I do powerlifting and I sure love those heavy 1-3 reps in deads, squats and bench. **** high rep work

Im naturaly chubby aswell so I got sic of trying to be in shape all the time. Its a fight I cant possibly win unless I am a nazi towards myself and it aint worth it.

thanx for all the ppl that actualy support me & didnt rant me.. sry i didnt get 2 post back cuz i was gone for the holiday.. for 1 thing i did use proper form & technique & my arms were not shakey. the pics that were on the board was from back in january when i was dieting for a competition. since then i've gained lots of lbm & my body fat is still pretty low. i've gained a tremendous amount of size my arms are up to 16.5" chest 48" & thighs 23.5" i've been training & eating like a horse & trying 2 keep my diet clean i eat about 5500-6000 cals a day. sry that my body is more for strength than for size its just my genetics both my grandfathers were not very big but strong as an ox. i'd love to have more size 2 me if my body grew better sry that i'm not genetically gifted like the rest of you that like to rant me. or is it because your jealous that a 19 has better lifts than u??? maybe next monday when i train my chest again i will make a video so you can believe me. thanx for the guys that support me & to the rest

if the measurements you listed are accurate, i dont see a big problem with you lifting 315lbs, esp since your on cycle. congrats bro. you must admit that the pics you posted tho will leave many doubters as you lacked a lot of muscular development when they were taken. but a ton can change in 7 months esp with gear!

if the first post in the pics forum is accurate, its pretty easy to believe, 245 for 6-7 then 6 months later hes doing 315 for 3. progress wise, thats easily attainable

Yes, Badgerman is breeding individuals for the next step in human development. You may be able to impress 18 year olds, but not anyone here.
The point is, you do not need to insert your derogatory comments when a guy posts that he has attained a personal goal.

At age 20 I was 5'6" 120. I started competing sports with no weight training and went up to 135. Then started weight training and leveled off at 150. I was 150 until age 32 then found AR and learned how to eat properly. I went up to 180-190 naturally then cycled. I'm 37 now and 220. My goal is 250.

besides the age thing i know i'm to young but it was my choice. how is my cycle bad for a 1st cycle? 10wks of test e 500mgs/wk & superdrol wks 1-4 20-30-30-40. also 10mgs/day of nolva & i have pct ready with clomid, tribulus, creatine, & a weight gainer for the extra cals please critique anywhere besides my age on how that is a bad cycle????

my personal goal is 2 reach 220 by next summer with 13-14% b/f or less we are all not genetically gifted 2 gain weight easily my body will shred up in no 5time & take for ever 2 gain 3lbs vs others can gain weight without a prob but can't loose a single pound or get cut up easily

You're the only one that will get you there - take it as it comes (as far as how you feel on cycle) and listen to your body.
Yes, a lot of the guys here may criticize you for cycling, but it is only as big brothers looking out for you.
300 is bad ass at your stage and I know you'll be beyond 315.

I strongly disagree......300lb bench is VERY common in high school football
our 150lb corner does 275. I would venture to say most of the good discus and shot putters do at least that much.......
For example there were probably 50 guys at the Nike camp repping 185 over
25-30 times......all of those were probably over 300 max......and that was just one camp this year......then multiply that all over the country. There are alot of really strong players around. Speed is the big differentiator
