    helping mom clean the basement

    and i find a stack of 100lbs plates im so excited and a stack of 50lbs plates
    enough of the 45's and 25's its time for real weight!!

    45's are for pussies, My dad used to make me sleep on a flat bench and wake me up with ak47 blanks and wouldnt stop untill I rep 10 with 200lbs on each side!!! this was when I was 9.
