F U C K being a fat slob that no girls want to sleep with..dropping that weight and changing my body image was one of the hardest things i have ever done...
That was pretty much my story as well. Just kinda snapped one day because every girl I had interest wouldn't even look at me, and guys would always say shit to me too. I already kinda dicked around with weights a little because of football, but I got serious about them and cardio and also starving myself as well. I remember actually going away for a class trip for a weekend to ottawa, my last meal was dinner on the thurs the day before we left. The next meal I had after that was on the monday. I was pretty messed at the time but anyways, over the course of leaving school for the summer and coming back in the fall I ended up dropping from about 215 of pure fat to 148lbs ripped to shit(and also unhealthy looking when I look back at pics of myself). Football coach hated me, everyone else was suprised as hell and within another year or so I jumped back up to a very lean 185, was in about the best shape in the entire school, which is also around the time girls had the complete opposite opinion on me then and the same ones that would insult me, were now coming after me.
Anyways enough of my life story, that's how I got into the fitness industry, I then properly educated myself and continue to learn on a daily basis and i've now stuck with it for over a decade. My entire life revolves around fitness including my job, where I help people make smarter and healthier decisions then I did in the past.

I was the fat-no-muscle kid in school, everybody picked on me and I was truley unhappy at that time in my life....I always loved seeing guys like Van Damme in movies because of their abs and sh!t...I remember seeing Best of the best - after every one of those movies I'd start doing push-ups or sit-ups

Well, one day in highschool, I had gym class, and the teacher really hated my fat a$$ and I hated her back....we had to climb the rope and I couldn't climb it even one bit...so I went to the gym simply out og anger, climbed the rope after a month of training, never looked back

I got sick of cutting weight and people telling me I was afraid of wrestling the bigger guys so I started lifting. I pretty much started lifting becouse I wanted to prove a point and I hate cutting weight.
