Im Off Balance...please Straighten Me Out!

i find that my left arm is stronger than my right. eg preacher curls i can do 8 solid lifts with my left but only 5 or 6 struggling with my right. should i continue or keep the number of reps the same for each?

maybe u shouldnt pre exhaust your right hand watching all that porn

i would keep the number of reps the same though

i'd also do the weaker arm first

1morerep its stated by mostly all body builders ... for example Ronnie Coleman your exercise shoudlnt be based on (REPS) it should be based off as you needing complete help to complete your last rep... if your too high in reps.. that means the weight is too low... as in doing alternate curls i ran into the same problem... after reading ... i found the solution to my problem... Goodluck

Not a problem just try a coule of things... and see what works best for you....although it sounds like you would be doing the same thing... your really not.... eventually that muscle will catch up.. and do remember one arm is dominant and probably wont ever be AS strong as yoru dominant //but i also go pre exhaust and the pumps. are great..

I might also advise doing exercies that require stability.. as in preacher bar curls... ( both arms same time) or straight bar.. to help try and level out the differece...
