Can You??
Get a ticket for flashing your high beams to on coming cars to warn them a cop is ahead?

i did so and got pulled over from a cop coming the other way... just told me "i seen your lights flashing like crazy. Are you stupid" blah blah blah told me not to do that it can cause a distraction for on coming traffic anyway i was let off with a warning for some BS

there is always hendering a police investigation...but mostly no, it's not against the law and even if they did site you for it, they'd have a very hard time proving that was the reason you were flashing or that you even were considering most cars have flux in there beams anyway.

Also, to interfere with justice, they would have to prove you were preventing them from stopping a lawbreaker. How can they prove the people you flashed were speeding and breaking the law?

Isn't the law that you can't have high beams on with any oncoming cars within 500 feet and same-way cars within 300 feet? So, I guess flashing them with cars within those ranges can be ticketed.
