    He went from 135lbs to 220... an 85 lb difference, but I believe the guy is also 6'2". He was emaciated for 'the machinist', eating an apple a day. He said to get in shape for batman he just started eating everything. pasta, ice cream. everything. he could gain 85 lb just from the water and the increased body fat alone.
