I have been with this girl for about 2 years now and we now live together, her and her ex had a rough breakup and now years later is posting naked pictures of her all over his friends myspace pages,. I cant get to this kids he is in accross the country. What can i do i want to whoop his ass but cant get ahold of him. Two years later and this fag wont leave her and i alone with this bs. Does anybody have any suggestions?

If he's tried contacting you or your lady, you could press charges on him for harassment. I think there may be a civil case that you can look into, for him posting those pics without permission.

Try contacting a lawyer if it's really bothering you. I am 90% sure there is a law where you can't post those pics on the internet without permission. Unless her face is blurred, then he's in the clear.

Legally if you are not married there is nothing you yourself can do. Now on the other hand she can throw him with a lawsuit if she didn't give him the pictures. If she gave him the pictures they are his to do which he wants. I still think though, legally she can get him to give them up and refrain him from pubically displaying them. Problem is though, when they are on the internet anyone can copy them. This is a problem many young girls do, is to give their bf's naked pictures, not realizing what can happen if there is a breakup.

I'm sure a lawyer would be able to come up with something. I'm 99% sure there is a law, stating that you need permission to distribute a picture like that. You could check both state's laws.

I would definately speak to a lawyer. Even if you can't make a criminal case out of it, I'm 100% sure you could make a civil case out of it.

I personally would send someone not connected to you to fly out to him and hurt him bad or even kill him and never speak a word of it. There are people who get paid to do these kind of things so your name isn't connected. If he is killed and they see you had a flight to rome that week you're ****ed.

Listen, I've been through a similar situation and there isn't much recourse here.

This idiot is only continuing to do it because he knows how upsetting it is. If you keep acknowledging it and letting it get both of you down, he wins.

He will eventually get bored and find a new childish activity to keep busy with, so just wait it out.

If you really wanted to mess with this guy, get your gf to invite him out to pretend to seduce him, drug him with some rufees, and then take pictures of your hairy balls on his chin or face when he is passed out. Put dildos all around the room and dress him up in women's clothes, and put him in compromising positions.

Then you will have some pictures for leverage, and will be able to persuade him to stop harassing you ;-)
