The customer who gets a giant attitude when they have a problem with their equipment. They don't even give me a chance to take care of them just a-hols from the start. And i love it when i get the line "Do you know how much i spent" I love that because its usually from the guy who didn't spend alot. I always wanted to be able to say back. " yes yo spent half as much as the other 5 deals i wrote this week"
