    4th DAY IN A ROW!

    thta i have grilled and ate 2.5 to 3lbs of steak EVERY NIGHT! before BED
    OMG i love RIB EYE!!

    that is all

    and IM NOT GETTING FAT weird... <>

    but thats good money spent, do you put some A1 or heinz 57 sauce on that steak or do you pick it up with your hands and devour it like a caveman

    i use worscester sause or wat ever and i put a meat tenderizer on them then poke em w/ FORK to get it inside them then i sprinkle onion pwdr and garliq pwdr on them

    I love red meat but it doesn't like me... a little steak after 20h00 will keep me up all night! If I ate like you, I'd need to buy stocks in Zantac and Nexium!

    FAT THICK JUICY medium/ Medium-rare steak, good shit.

    I sometimes used to do the same thing, with minced beef 2.2lbs and 5 eggs everynight when I was bulking, BBQ meat 2.2lbs, 2-3 whole grilled chickens.

    Alot of studies show that fat, cholestrol and protein are not the problem, its fvcking crap in food, high GI sugars and all that shit COMBINED with the red meat.....if out diets were natural and had only natural foods with unlimited quantities and moderate intense exercise as it was intended health problems would be very low.

    But fvck it you gotta eat cake and poptarts right?

    making some tonight gonna use a pressure cooker method and throw in some other stuff as well..

    i have no idea how somebody can hate brown rice... i love that shiat, but then again im cuban
