probally more for the lounge but...
any idea what the hell he is on???? also does anyone know If and where I could find his workout routine.. i mean Flex mag ahd something but it was obvious BS becasue no one would gain size from working every muscle group in one day.. anyways just curious thats all.. guys a beast!

he used to be a bodybuilder..I am not sure how far he actually went in the sport..I know a few WWE guys that I have met recently...Lets just say that most of them use supplements..

Probably on AAS all year long. Think about it. When on the road, their diet sucks, and their workout ruitines suck. They use to maintain their size. Then take some time off for PCT, to recover, and to train and get their life in order. It's really hard being on the road doing shows. Constantly traveling, and eating junk all the time. Only to be on stage for 15 minutes.
It's a hard buisness, and I have alot of respect for them. Especially wrestlers like him who obviously workout and keep their bodies in shape asmuch as posisble.
