yea i suppose. but honestly there came a point when i totally stopped caring how i felt. all that matters to me is how i look
but there are times when i get incredibly depressed that im not bigger. what can ya do though?
i think il hit up another 20-30 heavy cycles over the course of the next 15 years. maybe il eventually be content, or at least approach feeling content

i think when you hang around people that are bigger than you you feel more motivated to get bigger or when you think you are big you dont have that burning desire. I try to associate myself with people who have the same goals in bodybuilding so that we insult each other tell each other were skinny bitches, psychologically for some reason this works.

i heard when dorian was training for the O he would wear full sweatsuit becuase he didnt want anyone to tell him how good he looked. Made him work harder to achieve his goals.

your 6'2 and by your definition YOU are BIG or capable of becomming BIG whereas i .. who is just a lil 5'11 will never equate to someone who is 1 inch taller

you know whats kinda funny?
today in class i was looking at this one dude that was obviously roided out to all hell, feeling depressed that im not as big as he is. but when i came home i looked in the mirror, and when i put my arm in the same position that guy had his, i saw im very close to that size.
fu_k it though, its still not enough. i need to double the size of my shoulders and back. then i can focus on getting my arms bigger

Carlos, I understand where you're coming from.. I find myself wondering if ppl are joking when they make comments about being big or what not.. I look in the mirror and see an average guy with an o.k. build.. When you hit 240 you'll still not be satisfied.. I thought when I hit 220 I'd be cool but 220 is here and I don't feel any different

basicly the way i consider big.. u look at ur height and possibly age / body fat... then u compare urself to other guys within ur age by a few years and height.. then if ur bigger then the average id say ur big.. im small for a guy that goes to the gym.. but i think im psycially big compared to the average person my height / weight that dosnt workout.. and thats why i feel so good about what i do even if im not recognised by many as somone who works hard with weights.

big is in the eye of the beholder for sure I am 5"11 270 now was 285 ... but in all honesty i have seen guys 5"9 5"10 210-220 ripped and looK BIG AS HELL .... so you cant really can't go by Weight numbers IMO

lol.. naw you're just losing all the BS gained during the offseason.. another reason why eating clean and staying leaner is optimal IMO.
Goodluck to you and Ment.. you'll both do well.

i have always thought the best guide was 3 or 4 pounds per inch. closer to 3 or closer to 4, thats up to the person;s opinion
