    How Big Can You Get?

Does anyone know of any type of way to figure out how big your body type can actually get? I know there are different body frames, but how big can one get? For instance, if you take a 5' 8" male, normal body features, lets say weighing in at 160 lbs. Well, how big could that person get and within what type frame? Is it possible for that person to weigh in at 260?

Type of frame, you wanna be more specific with ecto/meso/endomorph? no one will know for sure the genetic capabilities of a different person

Let's say an ecto. I know that genetics come into play, but with todays "prescriptions" the genetic curve can get altered per se.

See, what's weird is "back in the day" prior to my motorcycle accident, I weighed in at 180. I'm 5'8 and had low BF. How much BF I don't know, but I never have been higher than a 32 waist size. That was on GH and Test. Could I possibly break 200 lbs? I couldn't imagine it. I wasn't huge compared to others, but I was big for my body frame. I just can't imagine what the 200 lb. mark would look like on me.

    I'm 5'9" and i started at 135.. I'm currently ~230 with 14-15%bf and still growing

I don't think their is a genetic limit (maybe, but 99% of people will never even come close), only people who don't have everything dialed in.

You look pretty damn good at 201...I wouldn't make adding weight to big of a concern unless you are looking to compete or you just feel you wanna be more of a monster.

I mean im 190 at 5'11 which is nothing at all. I look at myself in the mirror and still see a fat kid when others throw their snide "hes on juice" remarks at me. The question of how big one can get really comes down to how bad you want it.

question just seems ridiculous cause its impossible to answer. and what does "normal body features" mean? does tht mean u have two arms, 2 legs, two eyes, a nose.... Depends on way too many things including ur own genetics which we dont know about. how big can someone get? well ive heard of ppl weighing in over 1200 lbs, they didnt look appealing, but they were big.

I started out about 3 years ago weighing 135lbs at 5'8. I am now 170lbs at about 8% body fat. I can and will continue to grow, but I do not want to become too big. There's a lot to be said for being lean and mean. The average Joe can eat like a pig and lift weights to become bigger, but he may not look that great.

Well to my knowledge...there is a hereditary protein called mystatin that inhibits one from growing past there genetic limit. AAS blocks that. Thats why when you stop, eventually, you will return to a normal size

Carlos, how long did it take you to pack on that much weight? (from your original pre-working out size to now)

I really dont think its how big you can get thats the question. I seriously believe 60-70 percent of people can get freak massive. What it comes down to is how good you look when big. what kind of aesthetics do you have? I think this is where genetics really come into play. When you get huge, are you going look more like king kamili, or look more like kevin levrone, 2 guys who are the same height?

Right now I look like Pee Wee Herman (in reference to body frame, not the pee pee toucher.) I'd like to get some weight on me, but it my wheels are a lost cause. I gotta have the skinniest legs known to man. I don't wear shorts because of it. I can literally cuff my ankle with one hand. When I was on AS, it looked even worse because my calf's were getting big quick, yet my bones are so small on my chicken legs that I looked funny. It looked like a had a softball tied to a stick where my calf muscles were. That's why I'm trying to figure out how big can I possibly get.

Lucky you. I have big lats and triceps, but my legs are seriously an issue I don't know if I can get around genetically regardless of what I do. Seriously imagine a thin stick, then tie a softball to it and that's what my calf muscles look like. It looks so nutty that I don't wear shorts. I quit working my legs completely because the bigger I got, the dumber I looked. I'm debating if I just need to get back on GH and maybe over ride the genetic curve ball or something, if even that will work. I was on a program with Oasis, and I packed on about 20 lbs. but my legs just aren't going where I want them to go. Imagine really thin legs with huge muscle attached. I may very well be stuck on stupid in regards to legs.

there is no way to know how big you can get until you start hitting 10,000 cal's, 4g's test and 20iu's GH a day. that's how jay cutler did no wait cell tech.

kinda what i was gettting at before. Jay cutler looks amazing, or at least he once did. But its a given that their are many many taking the same amount of shit. some of those guys are probably just as big too. But i bet they dont look like a pro. they dont have that aesthetic flow. that wow factor. jmo
