    Thats one reason I don't like 24 hour, is because of the crappy music. I would much rather listen to silence than any music. But gyms have music... and it's pop-crap..... Ashley simpson....?...c'moooooon now... shame shame...

    John Mayer... as cool as he is sometimes, no.....

    I've had the honor of hearing the "adjective song" they play for you in grade school. No Bueno.
    I've been hitting it up at a powerhouse lately. Great environment and the music is all background.. not forced to hear it.

    depending on the mood i'm in...different shit gets me pumped on different days. one day it might be seether or drowning pool, the next day it might be tupac. i guess i'm wierd tho.

    depens what you like. When I lift i listen to my harder stuff and when I do cardio I listen to other stuff like 10 years, chevelle, seether

    Anything angry/hard (Mudvayne. Slipknot, Static-X) or hard house/techno (Chemical Brothers, Crystal Method, Prodigy). Nothing beats hearing someone scream as hard as they can while you are under 350lbs trying to squeeze out that last rep.

    Never heard of cattle decapitation...name sounds alittle gay,but ill try to find a song, as well as bezerker.

    Because u have good taste whith the other bands and im looking for new music to listen to.

    Slayer is my fav. Like iron maiden too.

    but metallica is pretty lame. alot of their stuff sounds the same...Im not a big fan of 5 mionute solos...gets real boring, real fast. and the same beat over and over again..ya know...the intros r cool, but thats about all I can stand
