Time To Bulk Babbbyyy!
Who here gets fat as fuk during the winter?
It's cold and I need to gain weight and hibernate like a bear.
Post your weight fluccuations bros.
Cuz Im thinking about bulking up from 240-280lbs this winter.
Your in alot of clothes..so comon...COMON.
I know others do.
Also post some nice comfort foods that can pack on the cals.
I'm hungry.

Ive already started gaining weight due to an injury so when im all healed up im gonna start cutting.

offseason, goal-270lbs., current weight 3 weeks in 243(damb d-bol)
summertine weight 205ish, depends on how much muscle ive put dyring off season.
oh and i love whole wheat pasta(and lots of it), with grilled chicken, and throw on a little alfredo, yummm!

find yourself a woman that has a hyper active thyroid that can eat any thing and never gain a pound ( I am dead serious) my wife can eat any thing and never break 96 pounds at 5"1 ... so pizza, pasta, buger king her favorite.. dont forget the cheese cake .. hot pockets , Qyzno's subs , stuffed shells , .. when I was recovering from my bike wreck I gained 30 plus pounds ( over a year and a half ) So happy eating brotha

I gotta stay lean cuz its very hard for me to cut down...im 250 now and the heaviest ill get before cutting down is probably 260

I'm in the 240's right now, hell I'll be bulking into January. I want to get up to as high as possible with limited fat gain. I will most likely cut up beginning in february or march

+ I don't plan on gaining hardly any water.

I've began a bit of bulking, not too hard until nov/dec. Thanksgiving seems like a great time to start. I've currently gained 9-10lbs in the last 2 months. Still lean, but the abs are slowly fading. Maybe it's in my head...

I competed in JUly at 207...although I was probably 210ish on stage. I am sitting at 234lbs as of this morning. I plan/hope to be sitting around 260 or so by february...no more than 12% BF

200lbs would need a prayer but i stay round 10-11%BF

went from 176 this summer, lean. (around 5-6%)
to 210 right now, not lean (around 10-12%)

novastepp thats pretty good congrats i did about the same i went from 183 to 215 right now about the same body fats cept im 6'2"
