    leave class early

    i am in class from 9am to 2pm its the same class all day.i am realy treid i could barely drive to school today without falling alseep should i leave early at 10:30 after i turn my work in.i need a nap and go do cardio,plus its raining and getting cold and i have a date tonight what do yall think?

    yep, just explain to the teacher that you're not feeling well, that at the break you would like to leave, but are worried you will miss something really important, is there anything special you should concentrate on before the next class..

    Skip the cardio, the body needs time to rest.. and go on the date, but make sure you don't drink.. and for goodness sake, get done early..

    no i no i wont miss anything just the hw but i can get it from somone else.i have a test and unit quiz do tomrw i havent started on.
    i skipped my cadio yesterday. i am taking my date to a coffe shop.

    well, at least with the coffee you will be more awake..

    good luck, having a life while going to college, working out can be a drain.. the most i will go between, is 3 days.. but my wife is 2 days before she starts losing some endurance..

    I hear ya big L, my schedule sucks too I wake up a little earlier then I have to and get my cardio done in the morning. It helps with my overall energy for the day and then come the night Im ready to go to bed.

    i cant do cardio in the moring i have no engery and i get worn out all day.is there anything i can take to get me awake a little more?
