    besides from pretty much everything there is to understand lol is ..
    how can people on here be so dedicated to diet and training but cant be the slightest bit loyal to the person they are involved with?

    i hate it. i have never cheated on my girl, ever. never even crosses my mind actually. i agree though that many people cannot be loyal to anything. i too have few friends, those who are loyal to me and others are the ones i keep around.

    just for the record if u have to cheat, you should end the relationship, and probably not get into another one until you grow up.
