Anybody have a pre-workout ritual?
Like wearing your lucky undies or lacing your boots in a certain order? I have to have the same locker or it's going to be a bad workout.

i usually go to youtube and watch some videos. It was the Kevin Levrone 1997 best physique ever for some time. now i'm stuck on bodybuilding: a life style- tight video by sick productions. A couple minutes of that and i'm ready!!!

I always have to turn on some type of music, than Ill just randomly go through a few songs till i find that one that just gets my ass up and moving around. Eventually Ill go into my basement to work out or If im at school Ill just walk to the gym. But music always gets me going.
I like the youtube idea though, although im not sure if that would motivate me or depress me. But im gonna try it now as its time to work out..

I have to empty my bladder, always. Thats one of the last things I do(besides washing my hands) before I start my workout. Also fix my hair....actually Its kinda like unfix my hair because I have a fuked up hairstyle

I have to tell all the hot girls in the gym to get off of me first so I can get to the changing room. Once in there I strap my enormous penis to my leg to stop it flopping about during training and I'm good to go.
