Carlos it is great to see you have a good attitude about your wins... and I congratulate you... I hate the politics that have come into play with competing... wish you the best for your next year!

Thanks everyone. It's appreciated. I will post pictures this week. I emailed the photographer and asked if he could email them. Arthur (MrMent1on) took some of us back stage.

Hey Bro, Sorry I was not around, but it was a great show. The competition was really tough it was almost like a national show. Me and Carlos had fun. I did the open Light Heavy and Masters Heavy weight, Carlos did Open Middle weight and Masters Light weight. we both got great call outs. I got second call out in the Open but got bumped to 6 place and got 3 call out in the Masters and got bumped in 4th place. Again everyone told me I got robbed but I really didnt care, I just did this show to kill time without doing cardio with a half diet (eating Dunkin Donuts every morning, lol).
Carlos got 2nd in the Masters Light weight and 5th in the Open Middle Weight. I'll post some pictures of us later today. We also met GETNJAKKED. it was a pleasure meeting you bro and I'll be at your show to support you and like I told you we are here to help you when its your turn.

    Bravo Carlos!

    Contratulations, big man.

I was thinking of you this week-end and wishing you good luck.

Glad you placed so well in the Masters. You're one big jacked hulking "old" guy.

Wish I were in NYC to buy you a stack of pancakes.

Once I dropped water I showed up at the show at 180. 4 pounds into the light heavy class. I got to the show 2 hours early on purpose just in case I needed time to play with my weight. So I worked some magic and weighed in at 176 into middle weight. But in the end I think it was a mistake. All of the middle weights were shorter than me and I'm 5'6". They made me look tall and thin.

I guess you call it a cheat day. He said this is only for the first 2 weeks to make sure I don't get bloated and fat. Saturday he'll give me the new bulking diet.

It tastes like apple pie but with more flavor. You can taste the nuts, brown sugar and the sour cream adds a nice kick. You can order one online from here.

I might have to try that one day, I'm not sure how I would like it, but worth trying. The sour cream part sounds odd in a pie How did you discover it or is it popular in the new york area?

This place makes the best pies and cakes in NYC! After my last show I went there and tried every pie they had. My favorites are key lime, apple walnut sour cream and blueberry-raspberry.

This was taken towards the end of the night after I ate a big plate of jerk chicken and garlic mashed potatoes. (It was damn good!) I was waiting to go out for the trophies and didn't care how I looked.
