haha. Funny you bring that up. I was dating a girl a few years ago that told me the same thing (you can eat what you want as long as you do cardio a couple times a week). So for 2 weeks I totally ate like shit on purpose and packed on 10lbs and did cardio twice a week not in the a.m. just whenever I could get a chance. So there I am pulling my shirt up pointing at the belly that is coming in at a rapid rate saying "See???". She never said anything again.

Thats exactly what I told her. I was like.."Okay..im not one of those skinny dudes thats metabolism is 100mph..if I eat shit..I will get fat..cardio or not." I told her Id do the same thing then show her how fat I got but showing her a fat gut woudnt be a wise idea
